The venue hub offers Nearby, All, and Favourites tabs alongside an interactive Map View with pin clustering.

Offline caching for user preferences and graceful error handling with retry options keep the app functional and dependable across varying connectivity conditions worldwide. Clear network failure messaging ensures surveyors are never left without feedback during a failed request.

Performance Tracking and Player Directory
Match Result Logging Against Verified Opponents
Players can log match results against verified opponents, add private or public notes to each result, and export their full match history to CSV or Excel for external analysis. A global searchable player directory lets users find and connect with opponents anywhere in the world.
Venue Ladders and Competitive Engagement
Venue-specific ladder rankings add a competitive layer tied to each court, driving ongoing engagement among players who regularly use the same venues. Admin-controlled ladder management keeps rankings accurate and current without requiring platform intervention.

Deep Linking and Real-Time Notifications
A custom deep linking mechanism checks whether the app is installed when a user clicks a registration email link, opening the app directly if it is or redirecting to the correct app store if it is not. Firebase Cloud Messaging and Apple Push Notification Service power a centralised notifications hub keeping players informed in real time.
Modular Validation Engine and In-App Content
A modular validation engine enforces strict quality rules across all user inputs including birth years, score formats, and profile fields. A customisable landing page, WebView integration for rules and news content, and a direct Rate Us store prompt complete a self-contained user experience.
