Each case moves through a clearly defined process: Initiated, Surveyed, Reviewed, Delivered, with inline data validation preventing incomplete submissions, automated routing assigning cases to surveyor queues, and multi-format document uploads including camera capture, gallery images, and PDFs supported from the first step.
Surveyors capture photo documentation, PDF attachments, property details, and survey records directly from the field, with real-time synchronisation making field information instantly available to office teams. Manual data transfer between field and office was eliminated entirely.

A centralised MIS dashboard gives leadership real-time visibility into every case across the valuation lifecycle, with filtering by branch office, client, date range, and case status. The system automatically calculates Turnaround Time between workflow stages, allowing managers to identify delays and monitor branch-level performance on demand.
Operational responsibilities including document collection, compliance checks, and case follow-ups are assigned within the platform with priority classifications of Urgent, Moderate, or Regular, status tracking, comment threads, and push notifications. Every action is logged, creating an auditable record of internal decisions throughout the valuation process.
