A large-scale auto glass enterprise was operating on a mobile system where duplicated business logic, manual release processes, and inconsistent data handling limited its ability to scale reliably. Kombee addressed these constraints by building a cross-platform mobile application with a centralized business logic core, automated testing, and structured release governance, enabling consistent system behavior and predictable operations at scale.

Kombee engineered a React Native–based mobile application delivering a unified experience across Android and iOS, distributed via the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. At its core is a Shared Business Logic layer, ensuring every rule, pricing, authentication, and data handling is defined once and executed consistently everywhere. Built on a multi-repository architecture with a shared domain layer, the system eliminates duplication and creates a scalable foundation for future platforms.
